Chelsea are reportedly confident of completing a permanent £100m transfer for Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott during the January transfer window. Manager Xabi Alonso is set to target the 23-year-old once again after the Blues failed with a £64m bid in the summer, with the club seeking midfield reinforcements following Enzo Fernandez's departure.
