Nine New Orleans Saints players were listed on the Wednesday injury report ahead of their 2026 Week 7 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Kicker Daniel Carlson and guard Cesar Ruiz did not participate in practice due to a personal matter and a knee issue, respectively. Running backs CJ Donaldson and Alvin Kamara, linebacker Kaden Elliss, and edge rusher Anfernee Jennings were all listed as limited participants.
Several other Saints players practiced in full, including cornerback Kool-Aid McKinstry, defensive lineman Nathan Shepherd, and quarterback Tyler Shough. The report also detailed multiple Pittsburgh Steelers players dealing with injuries, including non-participants Brandin Echols, Sebastian Joseph, Jalen Ramsey, and Ben Skowronek, while Cameron Heyward and T.J.
