The Story in 60 Seconds

Former Sweden striker John Guidetti revealed that the single biggest mistake of his career was leaving Spanish side Celta Vigo. Guidetti, now retired at age 34 after representing ten clubs, explained that he chose to depart Celta Vigo because he wanted regular playing time following an injury to pursue his dream of playing in the World Cup, even though his wife preferred to stay.

Guidetti reflected on his time at both Celta Vigo and Celtic as the two teams prepared to face each other in Glasgow.
