Honda are hoping to make significant improvements to their power unit in 2027 to repair their relationship with Aston Martin. Aston Martin have been left…

Honda is reportedly aiming to add at least 50 horsepower to its power unit for the 2027 Formula 1 season to repair its strained relationship with Aston Martin. According to Marca, Aston Martin has issued an ultimatum demanding the ability to challenge for a top-10 finish in the opening race of 2027. The outlet notes Honda previously promised a 50 horsepower boost at Zandvoort that diminished to an unconfirmed 15 horsepower gain.
