49ers owner Jed York's suspension is over, but he needs to stay away from the team especially with how well things are going on the field right now.

San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York has completed his six-game suspension and is permitted to return to team activities. York, who was suspended following an August arrest during an undercover prostitution sting, reportedly attended an NFL owners meeting recently. Writer Nick San Miguel argues that York's return comes at an inopportune moment for the undefeated franchise.
San Miguel believes York should remain out of the public eye and avoid the team to prevent disrupting momentum. Despite offseason turmoil, including head coach Kyle Shanahan's July car accident, the 49ers have started the season 6-0 and lead the NFC West.
