Gervon Dexter Sr. added to Thursday report with hamstring injury. Plus 21-day practice window opens for Cameron Williams.

The Atlanta Falcons released a lengthy injury report on Thursday as preparations continue for their upcoming game against the San Francisco 49ers. Ten players received a limited practice designation while five did not participate, with soft tissue injuries accounting for over half of the team's listed designations. Defensive tackle Gervon Dexter Sr. was newly added to the report as a limited participant due to a hamstring injury.
In positive news for Atlanta, the team officially opened the 21-day practice window for offensive tackle Cameron Williams, who has been sidelined on injured reserve with an ankle injury. Williams joins cornerback A.J. Terrell in having his return window opened, allowing both players to potentially be activated to the roster ahead of Sunday's Week 7 contest.
