The Celtic boss has reacted to another defeat in the Europa League for the Premiership champions.

Celtic manager Martin O'Neill confirmed that forward Callum Osmand was substituted due to cramping rather than a recurring injury during their Europa League match against Celta Vigo. Osmand, who recently returned from long-term muscle issues, was taken off before the hour mark in Celtic's 2-1 defeat at Celtic Park on October 22, 2026.
Mika Baur initially put Celtic ahead before two quick goals from Javi Rodriguez secured victory for Celta Vigo. Despite suffering a third consecutive Europa League defeat following previous losses to Ferencvaros and Benfica, O'Neill maintained that Celtic can still qualify for the top 24.
