New Zealand Cricket has named a 19-player squad featuring 11 international stars for an upcoming three-match four-day series against India A. The opening fixture begins on Saturday, October 24, in Lincoln, running alongside the senior teams' ongoing T20I series. Rhys Mariu is set to captain New Zealand A for the first two matches of the campaign.
Squad members will rotate throughout the series, with 13 players selected for each game while others feature in the 50-over Ford Trophy. Twenty-one-year-old fast-bowling all-rounder Cam Paul is scheduled to make his New Zealand A debut in the third match against a strong India A lineup that includes KL Rahul and Yashasvi Jaiswal.
