Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson is helping incredibly talented quarterback Caleb Williams inch closer toward his potential after another terrific showing this season, as the NFC North squad outlasted the New Patriots for a 30-24 Thursday Night Football victory.…

Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson praised New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye following Chicago's 30-24 Thursday Night Football victory. Johnson called Maye an outstanding player, noting how difficult it is to bottle him up when defending against his ability to find open running gaps and hit outlet receivers for catch-and-run gains.
Despite the defeat, Maye completed 77.4 percent of his passes for 321 yards, two passing touchdowns, one rushing score, and an end-zone interception. Meanwhile, Bears quarterback Caleb Williams helped guide Chicago to a 5-2 record, while New England fell to 4-3.
