Red Bull star Isack Hadjar has sparked a war of words with Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc at the 2026 United States Grand Prix after saying what…

Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc dismissed claims by Red Bull's Isack Hadjar, who suggested Ferrari possessed the faster car during the Singapore Grand Prix. Hadjar claimed that Max Verstappen would have won the race by an even greater margin if he had driven the Ferrari SF-26 instead of his Red Bull RB22. Leclerc responded by labeling Hadjar's comments as complete nonsense ahead of the United States Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas.
Leclerc argued that Hadjar has no insight into the handling or performance of the Ferrari machine. Verstappen won in Singapore by 7.335 seconds over Leclerc, following an earlier victory in Malaysia. Leclerc noted that fine margins and package optimization currently separate the front-running teams across the grid, adding that Mercedes could also challenge closely if their recent technical upgrades perform as expected.
