The Cleveland Browns got encouraging injury news on Grant Delpit and Carson Schwesinger, but Quincy Williams emerged as a new concern ahead of Week 7.

The Cleveland Browns experienced mixed injury news ahead of their Week 7 matchup against the Tennessee Titans. Safety Grant Delpit returned to practice as a limited participant on Thursday while progressing through concussion protocol, but linebacker Quincy Williams was an unexpected nonparticipant due to a neck injury. Defensive coordinator Mike Rutenberg declined to comment on Williams' status or availability for the upcoming game.
Several other key contributors are tracking toward playing despite managing injuries. Linebacker Carson Schwesinger and center Elgton Jenkins both returned to limited practice, while defensive tackle Mason Graham and running back Quinshon Judkins also logged consecutive limited sessions. Meanwhile, Mike Hall Jr., Teven Jenkins, and Kalia Davis all missed practice once again.
