Dell suffered a dislocated knee, a torn ACL, a torn MCL, a torn LCL and meniscus damage that left him needing multiple surgeries on Dec. 21, 2024.
Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell is set to return to game action against the New York Giants on Sunday. It marks his first NFL appearance since suffering a severe knee injury in December 2024. Speaking to reporters, Dell stated he is ready and eager to take contact.
Dell required multiple surgeries after tearing his ACL, MCL, and LCL, alongside sustaining meniscus damage and a dislocated knee. Head coach DeMeco Ryans expressed excitement about Dell's return, emphasizing that simply getting the receiver back on the field is the primary priority regardless of his snap count.
