Max Verstappen hit back at online trolls who abused his GTWCE team-mate…

Red Bull Formula 1 driver Max Verstappen has spoken out forcefully against online trolls following abuse directed at his GT World Challenge Europe teammate Chris Lulham. Speaking ahead of the United States Grand Prix, Verstappen defended Lulham after the young driver faced heavy social media backlash for an on-track collision during the GTWCE finale at Portimao.
Verstappen had partnered with Lulham and Ben Barnicoat in the No. 3 Team Verstappen Mercedes, recovering to finish ninth after a drive-through penalty. Verstappen condemned anonymous abuse, called for social media platforms to address troll accounts, and stated that mistakes are part of racing.
