Holland is already feeling heat for his minutes.

Writer Aaron Kellerstrass argues that Detroit Pistons forward Ron Holland II faces immediate rotation pressure after playing just three minutes in the season opener. Holland struggled with quick fouls, while Javonte Green delivered a 19-point performance off the bench. With Taurean Prince also returning to availability, the writer believes head coach JB Bickerstaff has trusted veteran alternatives capable of cutting into Holland's playing time.
In contrast, the writer notes that guard Daniss Jenkins faces less immediate danger to his rotational standing. Jenkins recorded three points and three assists in 15 minutes during the opener. Although rookie Ebuka Okorie remains an intriguing option on the bench, Kellerstrass believes Okorie is unlikely to surpass Jenkins in the rotation immediately.
