New Zealand batters have always taken a liking to big scores. Just ask Brendon McCullum. He was the second batter to score a century in T20Is, that too in 2010 when the format was still taking its baby steps. Now…

Finn Allen holds the record for the highest individual score for New Zealand in men's T20Is after hitting 137 off 62 balls against Pakistan in Dunedin on January 17, 2024. His knock included 16 sixes, setting the national record for the most sixes hit in a single T20I innings.
Brendon McCullum previously held the top score with 123 against Bangladesh in 2012, alongside becoming New Zealand's first T20I centurion in 2010. Allen and Colin Munro share the national record for the most T20I centuries, with three each, while Allen also recorded the fastest century for New Zealand off 33 balls against South Africa.
