Frosinone: the Antonio Raimondo phenomenon never ceases to surprise Italy

Antonio Raimondo has surged to the top of the Serie A scoring charts after netting a hat-trick in Frosinone's 4-2 win against Sassuolo. The 22-year-old striker now has seven goals in seven matches this season, surpassing Donyell Malen in the goal rankings. Playing under manager Massimiliano Alvini, Raimondo has flourished after previously helping Frosinone secure promotion with 11 league goals last season.

His impressive form has attracted major transfer attention, with Juventus and several Premier League clubs monitoring his progress ahead of the January transfer window. However, parent club Bologna holds his contractual rights until June 2028. Juventus may consider a deal in January that includes leaving him on loan at Frosinone for the remainder of the season.
