The future of LIV Golf looks precarious as another two stars confirmed they will not be continuing on the tour…

Golf stars Tyrrell Hatton and Ian Poulter have confirmed they are departing LIV Golf, opting out of the proposed LIV 2.0 competition. Poulter, who joined the tour at its launch in 2022, cited spending time with family and focusing on senior golf, while 2024 signee Hatton also announced his departure via social media.
The exits follow financial turmoil for the breakaway tour after Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund withdrew financial backing in April, prompting a US bankruptcy protection filing in September. Northern Ireland golfer Tom McKibbin also revealed plans to return to the DP World Tour full-time in 2027.
