The Houston Texans have officially activated wide receiver Tank Dell for Week 7 and elevated defensive back Bryce Hall and linebacker Kenneth Murray from the practice squad. This activation marks Dell's first regular-season contest since sustaining a career-threatening knee injury in December 2024, which sidelined him for the entire 2025 campaign.
Head coach DeMeco Ryans stated that the team is thrilled to see Dell back on the field, noting his explosiveness and speed in practice. Dell was originally selected by Houston in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft.
