2027 NFL Draft takeaways: The Arch Manning roller-coaster ride continues

NFL draft analysts Dane Brugler and Nick Baumgardner evaluated top college prospects following a chaotic Saturday of games, focusing heavily on Texas quarterback Arch Manning. Manning experienced an uneven outing during Texas' win over Ole Miss, compiling 171 passing yards and two touchdowns in the first half before struggling in the second half with 41 passing yards, an interception, and a strip-sack fumble.

The analysts also broke down Miami quarterback Darian Mensah after his four-touchdown performance against Pittsburgh, noting that his upcoming matchup against Notre Dame will serve as a crucial evaluation test. Additionally, the writers highlighted the athletic upside and continued inconsistency of South Carolina quarterback LaNorris Sellers following the Gamecocks' upset victory against Tennessee.
