The Flyers inch closer to full strength.

The Philadelphia Flyers have reassigned forward Jacob Gaucher to the AHL's Lehigh Valley Phantoms. The move opens a spot on the 23-man NHL roster as the club prepares to activate players from injured reserve.
Forward Owen Tippett appears most likely to fill the vacant spot after being sidelined with an upper-body injury. Defenseman Cam York has resumed full practice, while forward Travis Konecny remains at least one to two weeks away from returning.
