The Frenchman bagged a brace while Raphinha scored for Barcelona as Real Madrid cut the gap to Barcelona down to three points at the top of the table.
Kylian Mbappe stated that scoring his 100th goal for Real Madrid was just a detail compared to his team securing a victory against Barcelona. The French forward netted a brace to lead Real Madrid to a 2-1 win at Spotify Camp Nou on Sunday, October 25, 2026, cutting Barcelona's lead at the top of the La Liga table to three points.
Speaking to Real Madrid TV, Mbappe emphasized that the collective team performance mattered most and warned against complacency despite Jose Mourinho's side winning five consecutive matches across all competitions. Raphinha scored the lone goal for Barcelona in the El Clasico defeat.
