Picture: Bruno Fernandes adds fuel to the fire at United by liking “loyal person” Instagram post

Bruno Fernandes liked a cryptic social media post concerning loyalty after being dropped by Manchester United head coach Michael Carrick. The Instagram post stated, "Never push a loyal person to the point where they no longer care," following Fernandes' omission from United's 3-0 Premier League defeat against Bournemouth. The benching came after Fernandes publicly questioned the team's tactical approach during their 4-1 Champions League loss to Como on October 21.

Carrick described his decision to leave Fernandes as an unused substitute as being made for "pure football" reasons. The loss extended Manchester United's winless streak to eight matches across all competitions, leaving the club 16th in the Premier League. Both Fernandes and Carrick were subsequently spotted at the Carrington training complex on Monday amid ongoing speculation surrounding the manager's future.
