Max Verstappen has revealed worrying scan results as he opened up about the physical toll Formula 1 has taken on his body.

Four-time world champion Max Verstappen has revealed the severe physical toll Formula 1 has taken on his body, disclosing alarming scan results regarding his lower back. Verstappen stated that scans showed certain discs at the bottom of his back have worn down completely, leaving him to endure persistent pain and rely on medication during race weekends.
The discomfort was particularly acute at the United States Grand Prix at Circuit of the Americas, where severe track bumps forced him to lift out of his seat. Verstappen, who debuted in F1 in 2015, noted that he uses painkillers to manage the issues originally discovered following chronic foot problems.
