Royals Review writer Max Rieper argues that the Kansas City Royals should retain first baseman Vinnie Pasquantino this offseason despite external trade speculation. While MLB.com previously suggested moving Pasquantino could clear first base for Jac Caglianone and address pitching needs, Rieper contends that trading the 29-year-old would create more roster problems than it solves following Pasquantino's 2026 campaign.
