Jets Already Eyeing Two Vikings Coaches?

NFL insider Benjamin Allbright listed Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Brian Flores and offensive coordinator Wes Phillips among potential candidates for the New York Jets head coaching position. The report comes as current Jets head coach Aaron Glenn faces scrutiny following a 28-25 loss to the Miami Dolphins, which dropped New York's record to 2-5 on the season.

Flores previously interviewed with the Jets in January 2025 before signing an extension with Minnesota, where his defense currently leads the league by allowing just 12.3 points per game. Phillips, who has served as Minnesota's offensive coordinator since 2022, was also named alongside Nate Scheelhaase and Eric Bieniemy as early options.
