Kurtley Beale’s late-career renaissance with Western Force is set to continue, giving the Test great an opportunity to once again link up with former running mate James O’Connor.

Former Wallabies back Kurtley Beale has signed a new season-long train-and-trial contract with Western Force, allowing him to be activated as a full squad member on an injury cover deal. The extension enables the 95-Test veteran to prolong his stay in Perth and reunite with former Australia teammate James O'Connor, who recently rejoined the franchise after 15 years away.
Western Force head coach Simon Cron also confirmed the addition of former Brumbies scrum-half Harrison Goddard on a similar deal to cover for Henry Robertson, who is sidelined with a torn ACL. Beale has played 25 matches for the Force across two-and-a-half seasons, helping them win the four-week Super Rugby AUS competition.
