Wayne Rooney criticises Manchester United players after their 0-3 loss to AFC Bournemouth, questioning their effort and quality compared to his era.

Wayne Rooney has heavily criticized Manchester United's squad following their recent 3-0 home defeat against AFC Bournemouth. Speaking on the Stick to United podcast, the club's all-time record goalscorer questioned the players' commitment, effort levels, and right to wear the shirt after back-to-back heavy losses against Bournemouth and Como.
Rooney urged manager Michael Carrick to challenge the dressing room, claiming United currently resemble a mid-table team lacking fundamental work rate. Rooney also questioned the quality of the attack, arguing the current forward line cannot propel Manchester United back to elite status.
