Dilshan Madushanka's career-best ODI haul dismantled Pakistan for 110 at Lahore, with Sri Lanka knocking off the target in 18.1 overs to book a final berth against the same opponents.
Dilshan Madushanka claimed a career-best 5/34 to guide Sri Lanka to an eight-wicket victory over Pakistan at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. The bowling performance skittled Pakistan for just 110 runs in 25.3 overs, with Sri Lanka chasing down the modest target in 18.1 overs. The dominant win officially booked Sri Lanka's spot in the ODI tri-series final against Pakistan.
Pakistan slumped to 64/6 early on, with only Babar Azam offering resistance with 29 runs before Sri Lanka's seamers took full control. In the chase, Kamindu Mendis struck an unbeaten 62 alongside Pavan Rathnayake's 23 not out to seal the result, subsequently ending England's chances of reaching the tournament final.
