Man Utd striker Benjamin Sesko has been absent since playing against Brighton in the Carabao Cup defeat last month.

Manchester United striker Benjamin Sesko is facing extended time on the sidelines after experiencing recurring pain in his shin following a Carabao Cup tie against Brighton on September 16. The club has consulted specialists regarding the best course of treatment, leaving United facing the prospect of playing without a recognized striker for at least two months.
Manager Michael Carrick indicated the club hoped to have a clearer picture regarding Sesko's recovery plan soon. The 23-year-old previously missed pre-season due to a shin issue before returning to make several substitute appearances and scoring two goals across all competitions this season.
