LaLiga president Javier Tebas has strongly criticized Real Madrid and Spanish sports authorities on social media amid legal threats to his position. Following a request from the Spanish Superior Sports Council (CSD) to the Administrative Sports Court that could potentially lead to his disqualification, Tebas accused officials of double standards for failing to reprimand Real Madrid's criticisms of Spanish refereeing and league integrity.
Tebas also addressed recent controversy over his comparison of Real Madrid's communication methods to historical propaganda techniques, arguing his comments were taken out of context. Additionally, he directly challenged CSD president José Manuel Rodríguez Uribes over the council's management, highlighting ongoing tensions between LaLiga leadership and the club.
