Jorge Posada failed to make it to Cooperstown, despite earning five All-Star selections and winning four World Series championships during his career.

Former New York Yankees catcher Jorge Posada addressed the Baseball Writers' Association of America Hall of Fame voting process during an appearance on "The Show." Posada stated that the current voting system needs to change, expressing frustration over ballots submitted without any selections and questioning how certain deserving players are overlooked.
Posada fell off the Hall of Fame ballot in 2017 after receiving just 3.8% of the vote, missing the required 5% threshold. During the interview, he also reflected on his time in New York, describing the team's championship culture and intense pressure to perform.
