Spanish club Valencia CF has formalized an agreement between majority shareholder Meriton Holdings and investment group Pitchwise Holdings. Under the deal, Pitchwise Holdings will inject €100 million directly into the club's finances and ultimately acquire a 42% stake. The agreement values the club at €1.25 billion, encompassing the men's and women's teams, the Mestalla, and the future Nou Mestalla stadium.
Meriton Holdings will retain a majority stake, with Kiat Lim remaining as club president. Pitchwise Holdings is led by Ann Rodriguez and Corey Woolfolk, backed by investors including KKR co-founders George Roberts and Henry Kravis alongside Penner Sports Group. The transaction remains subject to regulatory authorizations ahead of the club's planned move to the 70,000-seat Nou Mestalla next summer.
