The Miami Dolphins claim offensive guard Christian Haynes off waivers, adding depth and competition to their offensive line.

The Miami Dolphins have officially claimed offensive guard Christian Haynes off waivers after holding higher priority over the Baltimore Ravens. Haynes was waived by the Seattle Seahawks following their trade acquisition of guard Quenton Nelson. To create a spot on the roster for Haynes, Miami released 2026 sixth-round draft pick DJ Campbell.
Haynes, originally a 2024 third-round pick out of UConn, made five starts for Seattle this season across roughly 390 offensive snaps. His arrival in Miami provides depth amid injuries, as starting left guard Kadyn Proctor entered concussion protocol earlier in the week.
