According to the CIES Football Observatory, Leicester City has suffered a joint loss of approximately €88m (£73.6m) in player value and transfer business since 2021. The calculations reveal an estimated €21m (£17.5m) loss on transfer fees for departed players, alongside a €67m (£56m) depreciation in current squad value as the club fell to League One.
