Carolina Hurricanes forward Taylor Hall is listed as day-to-day after sustaining a new injury during Tuesday's practice, according to ESPN's Emily Kaplan. The 34-year-old was activated off injured reserve on Monday after recovering from an October 13 upper-body issue, but he subsequently missed Tuesday's contest against the Boston Bruins.
Hall has now missed six straight games, tallying five points across eight appearances this season. Despite his absence, the Hurricanes lead the NHL with a 10-2-2 record, leaning on Nicolas Deslauriers and Nikolaj Ehlers to help fill the lineup.
