The Story in 60 Seconds

Jacksonville Jaguars President Mark Lamping confirmed on Thursday that ongoing renovations at EverBank Stadium will not impact the fan experience for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts. Following a four-week stretch away from Jacksonville, Lamping stated that entry gates and stadium navigation remain unchanged, though minor modifications were made inside to ease main concourse overcrowding.

The critical four-week construction window kept the multi-year renovation project on schedule for the new stadium's planned 2028 opening. Lamping also noted that while the Jaguars will play home games in Orlando in 2027, any home playoff games following the 2026 regular season will take place in Jacksonville.
