The Charlotte Hornets roster is still finding their footing in the post-Lamelo Ball era.
Charlotte Hornets center Ryan Kalkbrenner is reportedly making notable strides during his second year with the team. As the Hornets adapt to life following the departure of LaMelo Ball, the franchise has deployed a new starting lineup while working to integrate seasoned veterans alongside its developing young core.

Despite these absences, Kalkbrenner has emerged as a central figure for Charlotte, with reporter Gia Lanci speaking to the center about his ongoing development.
