Ferrari boss Fred Vasseur was unimpressed with what he saw on track at the Mexico City Grand Prix, despite Charles Leclerc setting the fastest times in the first two practice sessions.

Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur has called for overnight track modifications at the Mexico City Grand Prix, describing severe bumps approaching Turn 1 as almost dangerous. Vasseur advocated for remedial work before FP3 after multiple cars bottomed out heavily on the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez circuit.
The safety concerns came during an eventful Friday for Ferrari, where Charles Leclerc topped both practice sessions while Lewis Hamilton suffered a stoppage in FP2. Despite Leclerc's pace, Vasseur downplayed expectations, highlighting the extreme conditions created by altitude and circuit bumps.
