Serie A Preview: Milan vs Inter – Team News, Lineups & Prediction

AC Milan face fierce rivals Inter in the Derby della Madonnina at San Siro, with the match carrying major title implications for Ruben Amorim's side. Milan sit seven points behind joint-leaders Inter and Lazio after a 4-2 defeat to Bologna ended their unbeaten league start. In contrast, Cristian Chivu's Inter side have dropped points only once across nine matches, boasting eight wins and one draw during an impressive title defense.

Milan enter the derby on a seven-match unbeaten streak against Inter across all competitions, but Amorim faces injury absences including Samuel Chukwueze and Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Inter will notably miss injured captain Lautaro Martinez alongside John Stones and Benjamin Pavard, with Ange-Yoan Bonny expected to start in attack. Writer Marko Vrakela predicts the clash will end in a draw.
