The 31-year-old speedster achieved the milestone in 13,808 balls on Day 5 of the third Test against Australia in Cape Town on October 31, 2026. Rabada produced a fiery opening spell, dismissing Matt Renshaw, Marnus Labuschagne, and Travis Head inside his first four overs.

Playing in his 75th Test match, Rabada also became South Africa's second-fastest bowler to 350 wickets, trailing only Dale Steyn's 69 matches.
