Navigating the potential absence of center Coleman Shelton would be a challenge for the Los Angeles Rams this week.

Los Angeles Rams center Coleman Shelton is listed as questionable for Week 8 against the Los Angeles Chargers after sustaining a hip injury against the Las Vegas Raiders. Shelton was held out of practice on Wednesday and Thursday before returning as a limited participant on Friday. If Shelton is unable to play, Dylan McMahon is expected to start at center.
Trent McDuffie, Colby Parkinson, and Jordan Whittington are also questionable, while long snapper Joe Cardona is listed as doubtful. Ramblin' Fan notes that while the Rams have depth to manage absences at other spots, replacing Shelton with McMahon would pose a significant challenge given Shelton's role anchoring the offensive line.
