The Miami Dolphins' culture change is starting to leak outside of the locker room, and fans are thrilled.

Miami Dolphins linebacker Josh Uche stated he has no interest in being traded ahead of the November deadline, crediting head coach Jeff Hafley. Uche praised Hafley for fostering a disciplined, toxicity-free culture, while also highlighting the positive influence of position coach Austin Clark and the strong bond among his teammates.
Writer Brian Miller notes that Uche's comments reflect the rebuilding environment led by Hafley and general manager Jon-Eric Sullivan. The team is relying heavily on young talent following a major roster overhaul.
