Indian batter Jemimah Rodrigues has rejoined the Mumbai squad in Pune for the Senior Women's T20 Elite tournament following three months of rehabilitation. The 26-year-old was cleared by the BCCI medical team after recovering from a high-grade right hamstring tear sustained on August 3, 2026, while playing for Southern Brave in England.
During her recovery, Rodrigues missed India's home white-ball series against Zimbabwe, the Women's T20 Asia Cup, and the Asian Games in Japan. Her domestic return serves as preparation for India's upcoming multi-format tour of South Africa scheduled for December 2026.
