The Michael Carter II Foundation was honored for providing resources to new mothers.
The NFL Players Association has named Philadelphia Eagles defensive back Michael Carter II as its Week 8 Community MVP. Carter received the honor after his foundation held its third "Baby Shower on the Block" event of the year on October 20, providing resources, supplies, and educational panels to more than 100 new and expectant mothers and their families.
In recognition of Carter's service, the NFLPA donated $10,000 to the Michael Carter II Foundation, which he launched alongside his parents in 2025. Carter is also now eligible for the NFLPA's year-end Alan Page Community Award, which includes a $100,000 charity investment.
