Jacob Quillan is set to make his Canucks debut against none-other than his former team.

Jacob Quillan will make his Vancouver Canucks debut against his former team, the Toronto Maple Leafs, on October 31, 2026. The Canucks recalled Quillan after placing forward Filip Chytil on injured reserve, with Quillan projected to center the team's third line. Additionally, Brendan Gallagher and Luke Schenn are set to return to the Vancouver lineup for the afternoon matchup at Rogers Arena.
Goaltender Leevi Meriläinen will start in net for the Canucks, marking his fourth consecutive start and 11th appearance of the 2026–27 season. Meriläinen enters the contest holding a 3.33 goals-against average and an .898 save percentage after picking up a win against the Anaheim Ducks earlier in the week.
