Jacob Quillan was called up by the Vancouver Canucks on Friday.

Vancouver Canucks forward Jacob Quillan received strong praise from his former Toronto Marlies assistant coach Michael Dyck following his call-up to the NHL. Dyck, currently the head coach and GM of the Vancouver Giants, highlighted Quillan's explosive speed, direct style of play, and relentless puck pursuit as defining traits of his game.
Quillan earned his first recall to Vancouver after Filip Chytil was placed on injured reserve. The 24-year-old forward previously won a Calder Cup with Dyck in 2026 and began his tenure with the AHL's Abbotsford Canucks by recording five goals and seven points in his first five games.
