Liverpool have two leading targets to replace Virgil van Dijk... 🤔…

Liverpool have reportedly identified Borussia Dortmund's Nico Schlotterbeck and Nottingham Forest's Murillo as their top targets to replace Virgil van Dijk. According to a report from journalist Mark Brus, the club is accelerating plans to rebuild its defense as the 35-year-old Dutch captain enters the final year of his contract at Anfield.
While Liverpool are actively monitoring both players through scouting and performance analysis, the club has not yet submitted formal offers for permanent transfers. Alessandro Bastoni and Jules Kounde are also reportedly admired as potential defensive options, while Van Dijk prepares to start for Liverpool against Arsenal.
