Jeanie Buss accused her siblings of conspiring against her in court filings responding to her siblings' ongoing effort to sell their shares in the Lakers.

In a recent court filing, Jeanie Buss asked a judge to block her siblings from selling the family's remaining shares in the Los Angeles Lakers. She accused her siblings of running a campaign against her and argued that the proposed sale would improperly end her tenure as team governor. A court hearing regarding the dispute is scheduled for December 8 in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Her siblings are seeking to sell their remaining 17.82% stake to a group led by Bob Iger and Josh Kushner, which could net each sibling $371 million. Jeanie contends that a 2017 court order requires co-trustees Joey and Janie Buss to ensure she remains the controlling owner, asking the court to remove them for breach of fiduciary duty.
