Week 9 NFL Power Rankings: Broncos, Lions, Buccaneers, Steelers Climb After Big Week 8 Wins

Matt Johnson of Sportsnaut published the Week 9 NFL power rankings, highlighting significant climbs for the Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Pittsburgh Steelers following crucial Week 8 victories. The rankings place the Buffalo Bills at number one after moving to 6-1, followed closely by the San Francisco 49ers at number two. The Detroit Lions jumped to third after defeating the previously unbeaten Minnesota Vikings.

Johnson notes that the NFL now has no undefeated teams after Minnesota fell to Detroit. The article highlights rising playoff contenders such as the Chicago Bears and Denver Broncos, while pointing out major concerns for clubs like the Baltimore Ravens, who suffered an injury to quarterback Lamar Jackson, and the Dallas Cowboys following an overtime collapse against the Arizona Cardinals.
