The San Antonio Spurs have turned around their sputtering start that resulted in two early-season losses by relying more on their biggest asset -- figuratively and literally.
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson suffered an injury on his first play back in Week 8 against Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills. The matchup between the two star quarterbacks had been highly anticipated by fans, but Jackson's immediate setback delivered an early blow to Baltimore.
Jackson entered the game having already missed the previous three contests due to an ankle injury. Although the two-time MVP was cleared to return to the starting lineup, his latest physical setback compounded the Ravens' ongoing struggles.
